A Tantra Puja is a safe way to open your heart and connect to others in guided Tantric exercises. The space is sensual and nurturing. This is a station Puja, which means it’s a rotation event where you journey through the energy centers of the body to deeply awaken your body and soul. Each rotation is a station that lasts 5 to 8 minutes. These exercises may include eye gazing, light touch, verbal sharing, and contact dancing. The intention is to hold sacred, safe space to explore and transform, and witness this in others, as you build acceptance, trust and friendship in the event. This Puja is for couples only.

This is a non-sexual, yet sensual, clothed event. Feel free to call or email if you have questions.
Bring Pillows, blanket and soft things to create a “nest” for the event. Dress in loose, comfortable clothes that make you feel and look good.
